Here I sell handmade items made of wool and fabric. I design everything myself.
If you have a special request, feel free to send me a message. On request I make, among other things, the deer head or the magic box with animal to your liking. The condition is that the requested product fits within the style of B'Sofies.

Shipping
Within the Netherlands, parcel items are sent with a tracking code. Insured shipping is possible, then choose the extra option.
Once the item has been shipped, I can unfortunately no longer be responsible for the further handling and receipt.
If you have any questions: feel free to send an email.
Packages to other countries will only be sent insured. The reason is that multiple parties are involved during the entire process of shipment. This means that you have to sign for receipt. You receive a track and trace code to follow your order on www.internationalparceltracking.com
As soon as the package is shipped I can no longer be responsabele for shipping en delivery.
Digital items:
Digital purchases are available immediately for download after checkout is complete. You can always access your Etsy digital downloads via My Account > Purchases
